The following are the terms and conditions of admonz.com Online Service Agreement. Please read carefully. Accessing the information on the admonz.com website means that you understand, accept, agree, and are bound to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Please leave the site now if you do not agree to these terms and conditions. All references to admonz.com in this Agreement shall include the admonz.com website. Only individuals 18 years old and over can have access to admonz.com

Product Return Policies

You may claim a refund, return or exchange your purchased items when they are damaged or defective within 7 days of receipt of the items, 100% free of charge.
1. We do not refund any shipping charges for returned or exchanged items. Once opened, electronic media products like CDs, DVDs, audio/video tapes or liquid products like lubes & lotions, bath and body products, cleaner sets etc., as well as batteries cannot be returned.

2. In the unfortunate event of leakage or damaged liquid products your items shall be replaced 100% free of charge. Just contact our Customer Service immediately and we will act diligently to replace your items as soon as possible.

3. For all orders, we kindly ask you to please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your replacement item(s) or refund

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 24 hours after placing the order. However, when the shipment process has already been initiated the cancellation request cannot be entertained. No cancellations shall be entertained for products that admonz.com has offered for special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. Cancellations shall not be possible for these are time limited occasion offers.

Reshipping charges

In the event that your package is offered to the designated address and it is not accepted by anyone, the package will be automatically be returned to our warehouse. When we have to reship the parcel to your address again, shipping charges shall be applicable. These charges vary from INR 200-300 depending on the weight of the package. In order to prevent these additional charges we strongly urge you to make sure you supply us with the right address and make yourself available for accepting the package when delivery is due. You shall be called prior to delivery to give you an early notification of the pending delivery.

Inventory information

Not all of our company’s products are stored in our warehouses. This means that a product that is listed as “In Stock” may not readily be available for shipping right away. Rarely, there may occur also cases wherein an item is in stock when an order is placed but sold out once the order is processed. In these cases, we re-stock the product at the shortest time possible and inform you the lead time after confirming your order.

NOTE: If an item is not in stock when an order is placed, the item will automatically be shipped to the consumer at no additional cost once it is received from the manufacturer.

Customs and Import Duties Information

All of our products are located in India. So there is no need to worry about customs. The company will not be held responsible if these products are confiscated in your country. Nor will it accept responsibility for any legal consequences that may come with importing our products into the country of your residency.

Customer Care

Requests and concerns should be submitted using the email forms that are found on the Contact Us page, and in other pages throughout the website. Our policy is to respond to all questions and feedback regarding our products and services as quickly as possible. There may sometimes be delays in the response times because of the fluctuating order volume but rest assured we would answer all your concerns.

General Information

Generally, the promotions we have include Sales, Kits, Deals, Coupons, and Discount Codes. However, there are also times when we introduce other kinds of promotions. When this happens, the new promotions will also follow these terms and conditions. Only one promotion can be used for each order. If more than one kind of promotion applies to your order, please use the one that is most effective for your purchases. All our promotions expire. All orders using the promotion should therefore be placed before the expiration date and time. Promotions used after the expiration date is not guaranteed.

Disputes

With respect to any dispute regarding the website, all rights and obligations and all actions contemplated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India and the courts of Amritsar, India, as if the Terms and Conditions were a contract wholly entered into and wholly performed within Amritsar, India, subject to foreign legal mandatory provisions. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, differences or claim arising out of your visit to the Admonz website shall be referred to the sole Arbitrator appointed by the Chairman and Managing Director of Admonz in accordance with the law. The venue of such arbitration shall be at Amritsar, India and the award of the Arbitrator shall be final and binding on all parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under these Terms and Conditions shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Terms and Conditions, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise. To the extent arbitration is not permitted by applicable law, any dispute relating in any way to your visit to the website shall be submitted to an appropriate court or other judicial body in Amritsar, India, as applicable, without prejudice to the applicable law and all applicable provisions of this Section, and subject to our right to seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any court, if you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate our intellectual property rights and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
